Well, I don’t have 11 dollars right now or otherwise I would purchase. I do, however, have the fabric to make it. That’s why I’m asking.
This isn’t really that hard to make, but I think it’s a lot harder to describe than to do!!

You can use a rectangle of cloth, fold one edge over once or twice to create a wide hem which will form the cap portion. You would put this centred over your head, and then bring the sides down and fasten together at the nape of the neck. Have enough material for as long a veil as you require. Finish the bottom with a straight cut, or oval shaping, as you prefer. Make one and I think you will see how it should be cut to create the shape you want. Make any adjustments as needed.
